Martini OR Selection of Elite Imported Cheeses and Meats with Saba.

New York Strip OR Black Label Kobe Ribeye. One of these with Golden Colorado

Note on Wine Wine Pairings with each course can be arranged for the
Five Course meals at a cost of $25 per person for good quality house wines or
$45 per person for top-of-the-line selections. The same can be done with the
above eight course meal for $35 per person regular or $55 per person elite wines.
In the last case, cognac or dessert wines will also be provided as well as champagne
and/or martini starters. At the total cost of $155 per person, no expense will
be spared. Such parties in the past have included XO cognacs, difficult to find
Sauternes, vintage wines, whole truffles, ìillegalî cheeses, Veuve Clicquot Champagnes,
etc. So, elegant multi-course dinners that range from $45 to $155 per person.
