Jackson Lamb has been in
the hospitality industry for 25 years. He holds an Undergraduate
Degree in Hotel Restaurant Administration from The State University
of New York at Delhi. He also has an MBA Degree from Colorado
State University, and has attended the Ecole Superieure de Cuisine
Francaise in Paris, France.
In addition to being a certified
teacher with the Colorado Department of Education, Jackson holds
a Certification with the American Culinary Federation, as well
as a Certification with the American Hotel Lodging Association.
