This is local chef Kevin Taylor’s version of a modern,
American Steakhouse in Broomfield, Colorado, just off of
Hwy 36 & Wadsworth Parkway. Here guests dine in a
comfortable, chic and lively dining room on USDA Prime
Steak, Organic Chicken, Gourmet Burgers, Kobe Beef,
Heirloom Pork, Fat Tire® Fish and Chips and more. ($16
to $39) This is not your parents’ Steakhouse, so — no
dress codes, no white linens on the tables and no maitre
d’ in a tux.
