Paragon Culinary School
in Colorado Springs finishes its Federal Accreditation by the end
of 2008 and is graduating its first class this month. The statistics
that have everyone talking; A 100% pre-graduation placement rate and
an average position of sous chef far exceeds any other culinary school
in the region. But that is still not the most surprising: 82% placement
rate for students HALFWAY through the program? Now that is amazing.

NEW MENU AT THE WAREHOUSE
The Warehouse has rolled out a new lunch and dinner menu. These
new menu items are a blend of classic dishes with tasteful, innovative
offerings and artful presentations. They pride themselves in the
use of local Colorado foods, beers and wines. Soon they will be
using fresh produce from local farmers too! By dining at The Warehouse
you are getting a great meal while supporting Colorado too!

MARGARITA AT PINE CREEK WARMS UP
TO SUMMER
The Sunset patio opens
Thursday May 29th with a new ala carte patio/lounge menu, Featuring
smoked roasted and braised ribs as well as burgers & shrimp tacos.
Enjoy happy hour from 4:30 to 6pm with drink specials on beers, wines
& Margaritas; live music, bluegrass, jazz and folk every Thursday
at 6:30pm
The Dinner & a Movie Series
Starts Friday June 6th, on the patio, with a themed prix fixe dinner
as well as the patio menu options, movies start at dark, NO reservations
for the movie patio, is first come first serve.
The Colorado Farm and art Market
starts Saturday, June 14th from 9am to 1pm, and continues every Saturday
throughout the summer. The Margarita at Pine Creek will host local
farmers, artist and vendors. Live music and food sampling/demos will
be featured throughout the summer, with spectacular views of pikes
peak.
